Roger will be your trainer, mentor and also Head chef at the new Maelog. He has an impressive CV to say the least. He started his catering career in 1985 and after some experience in France, he spent several years in London rising to Head Chef at one of Gary Rhodes' Michelin-star restaurants, before working as Head Chef at the White Eagle.
So if you have any questions about a career in catering, there’s no better man to ask than Roger.
